These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Dishli.ai mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Dishli.ai ("Dishli," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Dishli.ai provides AI-powered tools that help users discover recipes, identify ingredients from photos, plan meals, and receive cooking suggestions.

The Service relies on automated systems, artificial intelligence models, and third-party services. Outputs may be generated dynamically and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or suitable for all users.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

By using Dishli.ai, you represent that:

  • You are legally permitted to use the Service
  • You will comply with all applicable laws
  • You won't misuse or abuse the Service

3. Accounts and Access

Some features are available without an account. Creating an account enables additional features.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information
  • Keep your login credentials secure
  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

We are not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

4. Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing

Dishli.ai may offer free features, limited trials, and paid subscriptions.

Billing:

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
  • Payments are processed through third-party platforms (e.g., Apple, Google)
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law

Changes:

  • We may change pricing, plans, or features at any time. Continued use indicates acceptance of those changes.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Dishli.ai uses artificial intelligence to generate recipes, suggestions, and ingredient analyses.

You acknowledge and agree:

  • AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading
  • You must independently verify ingredients, nutrition, and food safety
  • Dishli.ai does not provide medical, dietary, or professional advice
  • You assume all risks associated with cooking, food preparation, allergens, and dietary choices

6. User Content (Photos, Text, Inputs)

You may upload photos, text, or other content ("User Content").

By submitting User Content, you:

  • Confirm you have the right to upload it
  • Grant Dishli.ai a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it solely to operate, improve, and provide the Service

You retain ownership of your User Content.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content
  • Attempt to bypass limits, paywalls, or security measures
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service
  • Use automated tools without authorization

Violation may result in suspension or termination.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, branding, and content (excluding User Content) are owned by Dishli.ai or its licensors.

You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Service.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services.

We are not responsible for third-party content, outages, or policies. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • Your use creates legal or security risk
  • We are required to do so by law

Termination may result in loss of data or access.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ACCURACY.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DISHLI.AI IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING FOOD-RELATED ISSUES OR DATA LOSS.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Dishli.ai harmless from claims arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your User Content
  • Your violation of these Terms

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use indicates acceptance.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction.
